The exchange meeting was held in the meeting room on the second floor of the company's Chashan office building. Master Li Guoxiong is the first "national technical expert" in the baking industry. As a national-level competition referee and a famous Chinese chef, he has cultivated basic baking skills in the baking journey for nearly 40 years and invented the country's first plastic simulation cake in 1993; In 2001, he created the country's first ceramic cake; in 2007, he was the first to use kneading earth to make simulated cake and bread products; in 2009, he developed colorful chocolates. In addition, Li Guoxiong also pioneered a baking training school in 1996, and discovered and trained more than 50,000 baking technicians. For this reason, he himself was awarded the title of "Merchant Person in Talent Cultivation in China's Baking Industry" in 2016.
